How could you stop the bully (advice for friend who is getting bullied)????????\?

Fighting back shows them that you are not a easily bothered. Next time, they will be scared of you and won't do anything else again. if you tell the teacher, they will get in trouble, but they will still think of you as a person who is an easy taget who relies on teachers. next time they will find a chance to pick on you.
