Getting a job on an oil rig ?

Hello im wondering about getting a job on an oilrig in the north sea.(Scotland) I am doing my bosiet and mist in 2 weeks. Does anybody know if the rigs are hiring. Because I cannot see any jobs anywhere. I am from ireland. Any help would be great.
